| In Time is so crammed with provocative ideas it begins to feel over-crowded. Anton Bitel-Little White Lies Topping the list of great movie drunks is the rubbered Ruth Bradley whose legless performance as teetotal Garda Nolan, getting drunk as a skunk, is paralytic perfection. Brian Henry Martin-UTV One of those rare horror films with an unimprovable premise: its pack of blood-sucking aliens are fatally allergic to human blood that contains a significant percentage of alcohol. | Norris works hard to inject some joy and wonder into what could easily be a much more dark and miserable experience. Dave Calhoun-Time Out Norris' film does find a beating heart, if not exactly a focus, in the tender father-daughter relationship between Archie and Skunk, nicely underplayed by Roth and Laurence. Charles Gant-Variety The film is rich in poignant moments and negotiates its frequent shifts from violence to gentleness to sorrow with sensitivity.
